Exchange Policy:
We would like to inform you that, in adherence to health and safety standards, exchange services are not available for our products. Requests for returns or refunds will only be considered if the product is deemed defective.

Return Policy:
Products can be returned within two days of receiving the order, provided that the product is in its original condition, unused, with all attached tags intact and undamaged, and wrapped in its original packaging.

Refunds will be processed immediately after we receive the product in the required condition, using the same payment method used during the purchase.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs in cases of exchange or return. Additionally, extra charges such as shipping fees or cash-on-delivery fees are non-refundable.
